    • You may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase (or date of receiving), provided the packaging has not been opened. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We will only cover return shipping and all the bank transfer fees if we made a mistake in your order (wrong item or defective product).

    • If the packaging is opened, returns will be discussed individually to find the best solution for all parties involved.
  3. Refund Process:
